My pricing reflects the extensive effort, dedication, and expertise I’ve invested in becoming a leader in newborn sleep consulting. Unlike other sleep trainers who may have just decided to enter this field, I have spent thousands of in-person hours honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience. I believe in giving quality over quantity, prioritizing personalized attention, and effective solutions tailored to each family’s needs. Additionally, I am committed to continuing advanced education in the field and staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for families. While my prices may be higher than some others, it’s important to consider the added value and expertise I provide.
You do sleep conditioning. What are the differences between sleep conditioning and sleep training?
Newborn sleep conditioning typically starts around week 5 and can gently guide babies towards sleeping through the night by 3-4 months of age. It focuses on establishing healthy sleep habits from the beginning through gentle methods.
Sleep training methods often involve using “cry it out” techniques and typically begin no earlier than 4 months of age. These methods typically entail allowing a baby to cry for extended periods to encourage self-soothing and independent sleep habits.
So why wait and put your baby through that when you can have your baby sleeping through the night gently and sooner than 4 months?
You recommend no light on in the nursery when sleep conditioning. What do I do if need to go in? I can’t see in the dark.
Neither can I. I will give you the tools to navigate a dark nursery safely.
What is the difference between quality sleep and junk sleep in newborns?
Ensuring newborns receive quality sleep is essential for their growth and development, as it promotes brain development, strengthens the immune system, regulates mood, and facilitates learning and memory formation. Through the delivery of deep, restorative sleep cycles, quality sleep optimally supports both physical and cognitive development in infants.
An example of junk sleep occurs during flights, where external disturbances such as passenger conversations or pilot announcements disrupt rest, resulting in shallow, fragmented sleep experiences.

When is the best time to start with a consultation?
Ideally, I would recommend having the consultation around 4 weeks of age. However, if your baby is a little older, don’t fret, we can still get started. Just remember, the cutoff time is before your baby is 6 months old, so let’s get started whenever works best for you within that timeframe.
